Our intention is to create pieces that are not just beautiful but are also durable. However, since our products are handmade, we admit that they may contain little imperfections very occasionally. Also, we are not oblivious of the fact that some people change their minds after buying an item and may wish to return it. Hence, this return policy is a guide to dealing with returns, faults, repairs and exchanges made after purchasing an item from Ria Kosher.
Conditions for Refunds or Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges will not be granted if ALL of the following conditions are not met:
• Garment must be in the original purchase condition
• No perfume scent
• Garment must not be worn, used or washed
• No rips, cuts, or tears on the fabric
• No stains on the garment
• Labels must be intact
All returns must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
We handle returns one at a time with the paramount goal of satisfying our customers and making them happy. Therefore, once we receive your returned item and consider you eligible for a refund, we will ask for the details of your bank account and credit you immediately. We do not refund original shipping costs but only the cost of the returned item.
Please note that just as you handled the shipping expenses for delivery while buying, when returning an item you will also handle the shipping expenses. Hence, customers are entirely responsible for returns.
We offer an exchange or store credit for products faulty from our end or change of size. In the event that you do not want a refund but wish to exchange an item you got for another, the aforementioned conditions still apply. However, to show solidarity with our customers, we shall bear half of the shipping expenses for exchanges while you pay half. But note that the exchange will be made after we have successfully received your returned item and considered it fit to be exchanged.
- Ria Kosher is not responsible for items lost in transit. Therefore, we will not replace or make a refund for any item that doesn’t make it back to us.
- Garment must be returned in its original packaging.
- Exchanges are made at the original purchase price.
